Features and requirements vary among products and industries. We are aware of that. And we can handle it. We can create virtually any shape, e.g. for drip trays, cable troughs, casings, work pits, panels, wear plates or any other complex sheet metal fabrication. Draw on our staff’s more than 50 years of experience and knowledge of steel and metalworking.
Our machinery with variable capacities enables us to fabricate high-quality individual components or serial parts made of steel, sheet metal and other metals on schedule and with utmost precision. We contribute to your project throughout the production workflow – from consulting and realisation to the final product. All hands-on tasks – folding, shearing, welding etc. – are performed in-house at Mudersbach GmbH & Co. KG.
We support a diversified range of metalworking methods and can combine them to one perfect solution tailored to your needs. From one source. Our machines can handle working lengths of up to 15 m and shear metal sheets with a maximum length of 6 m. So we can easily create larger sheet metal fabrications without third-party assistance. That saves time and money. That’s economic.
We have immediate access to any standard steel, stainless steel and other metals that you may require for your product. There are not limitations as regards the material. We have successfully completed several projects involving structural steel, boiler-quality steel, stainless, wear-resistant and fireproof steel.
Under consideration of the requirements, we have immediate access to all common steel qualities such as Hardox®, stainless steel (e.g. 1.4301 or S690), construction steel S235, aluminium, coated or galvanised steel sheets and other metals. All materials are possible.
